If you would like to change or cancel your order then please let us know immediately.  Once we have printed your design this cannot be changed. 

Your order will be despatched as soon as we can. Depending on the item it may take around 2-3 weeks.

If your order is urgent then please let us know.

For stock items that are not personalised you have 14 days to return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right.
